KEEN has created functionally comfortable adventure ready footwear since 2003. One of the Portland, Oregon founded company’s most recognisable products is the Uneek, which many perceive as its own category somewhere between trail shoe and sandal. The unique woven cord upper and cushioned sole has found success and popularity, especially in Japan – a location that KEEN founders Martin Keen and Rory Fuerst (whose son Rory Jr designed the Uneek) perhaps didn’t initially have on their radar.
