Refund policy

Returns are accepted on full-priced and unused goods returned within 14 days of purchase. Please email store@bigtroublestore.com before returning goods. All goods must be free from wear, stains, odor or any condition that would prevent them from being sold as new. Please include all original tags and packaging with the return.

The customer is responsible for all shipping expenses incurred with returned items. We are happy to offer a refund, exchange or store credit.

Due to Afterpay's fee policy. When returning or cancelling an Afterpay order. Afterpay's fees will be deducted from the total amount refunded from the order. 

All sale items are final sale.
