Big Trouble Store is located on Gadigal Land in the Sydney suburb of Surry Hills and has imported hard-to-find global brands since 2015. The range spans labels from NYC to Tokyo to the French Alps. There is a particular presence of Americana viewed through a Japanese reinterpretation. Exquisite jewellery crafted by local artisans is another key feature.
Owner Chris Low started Big Trouble Store after being frustrated by the lack of diversity in brands and retail experiences in Sydney. The curation prioritises fabrics and silhouette, rather than Logomania. Presented in a traditional brick-and-mortar space, visitors can find an increasing presence of womenswear, vintage Engineered Garments pieces and collectable records. Big Trouble Store invites you to feel, experience and connect with quality garments first-hand.

Shipping Policy
We ship Australia wide via Australia Post's Express Post service. Simply check out and your postage cost will be automatically calculated. Most orders will arrive within one to three business days of shipment. We offer free domestic shipping on orders over $250 AUS.
We ship worldwide via Australia Post's International Standard service. Simply check out and your postage cost will be automatically calculated. Most orders will arrive within five to eight business days of shipment. We offer free international shipping on orders over $600 AUS.

Return Policy
Returns are accepted on full-priced and unused goods returned within 14 days of purchase. Please email store@bigtroublestore.com before returning goods. All goods must be free from wear, stains, odour or any condition that would prevent them from being sold as new. Please include all original tags and packaging with the return.
The customer is responsible for all shipping expenses incurred with returned items. We are happy to offer a refund, exchange or store credit.
Due to Afterpay's fee policy. When returning or cancelling an Afterpay order. Afterpay's fees will be deducted from the total amount refunded from the order.
