Pendleton Preservation Series Navajo Child's Blanket Red
From Pendleton's Preservation Series, this wool blanket is expertly dyed, woven, and hand-finished in their American mills. This vivid pattern was inspired by a Navajo child's blanket from the late 1800s. The crosses represent Spider Woman, an influential teacher, and benefactor in Navajo legends. Based on an original weaving in The Durango Collection, Center of Southwest Studies Collection.
Each blanket generates a donation to the Native American arts, education, and health.
